The Bracknell & District Model Aircraft Club promotes the sport of radio controlled model aircraft flying in the Bracknell area.

We have a current membership of 80 senior members which spans a variety of disciplines from small indoor electric helicopters to large glow or petrol powered fixed wing aircraft. Our flying field is located about 5 miles north of Bracknell with easy access throughout the week. We meet up every second Wednesday of each month for some indoor flying, except for the summer months when we meet up at the flying field.

The club is affiliated with the BMFA, The British Model Flying Association, and all members must hold BMFA membership.

    Just a reminder that it's the Bracknell half marathon this coming Sunday 29th April. Most of the roads around Bracknell will be closed during the morning.

    E-Flite Blade 120 SR (Bind ‘n’ Fly version) - £70

    This is a fixed-pitch heli that will give you the confidence to master the basics of single-rotor flight. Its unique rotor head was specifically designed to provide the inherent stability of a co-axial helicopter but provide the agile control of a single rotor helicopter and being slightly larger than some of its E-Flite ‘Blade’ counterparts, outdoor flight is a reality in calm conditions.

    This model is in its original box with the following:

    - Integral 2.4GHz Spektrum DSM2 compatible receiver, Speed Controller Mixer and Gyro
    - 3 Fully Proportional Servos
    - Brushed main and tail motors
    - Two 1s Li-Po batteries
    - Variable Rate Li-Po charger + AC Power Supply
    - Manual and original supplied spares/screwdriver

    This model is in excellent condition and I’ve only flown it a few times but have decided to make the jump to an indoor Collective Pitch heli now hence getting rid of this to fund that. This model currently sells for around £85 in the shops so £70 represents a good saving on an ‘As-New’ heli with an extra battery.
