    Thanks for the info regarding membership, I go to Thailand on the trird of Jan untill 28 th Feb. I will be on email throughout my holiday but will not be able to pay dues untill i return. I do hope this will not affect my membership request Regards Barry and a happy christmas and crash free new year

    MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL POSTAGE PROBLEM

    It has just come to our attention that the envelopes used to send the renewal notices are 14mm too big for letter postage. As a result you will have a card from the post office for excess charge. If you have already collected your letter we will refund the charge (expected to be £1.12), alternatively we can email you your form, repost your form, or provide you with renewal forms at the December club meeting. Please advise via secretary@badmac.co.uk or 01344 422429 if you would like one of the three re-send options.

    Apologies for the delay and hassle, and whatever you do, don’t trust a stationers to get the envelope size right.

    The BADMAC AGM is on Wednesday 9th November 2011 at the Red Cross Hall. The meeting will start at the usual time of 8pm. Could you please send me any proposals prior to the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.

    Hi Jason

    I have had a simular problem with an engine and consulted Just Engines.

    They suggested a hotter plug which did resolve the problem

    Hi All
    I have an Irvine 53 which will not run once the glow starter is removed. I have now taken it out of the model and mounted to the bench i have tried new fuel lines new glow plugs ,aligning the fuel tank to the carb moving higher & lower but still no joy , I would appreciate any help/advice as this has me stumped , Thanks

    Due to bad weather last Sunday the Spot Landing and Gliding competitions have been re-scheduled for Sunday 21st August @ 10am.
